Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • 50-80 yr old vines at 700 m. Tempranillo blend aged in French oak for 14 months. Soil sand, limestone and clay. Extreme continental environment. Winery is a cooperative.
Nose displays red fruit (strawberry, raspberry, lots of oak (vanilla). Tobacco and chocolate reflect tertiary development.
Palate med acidity, with spicy cherry notes.
Not super complex but very drinkable. Perhaps lacks the structure to keep you coming back. Drink now.
