Popped and poured. Still very youthful. Wonderful showing with orchard fruit, sea breeze, a little biscuit coming through. This shows excellent sophistication and will no doubt continue to develop and possibly increase in score.

Consistent with prior notes, but more fresh and crisp than I remembered. The fruit was more sweet pear and apple this time, but still tons of vanilla. Not super complex, but tasty. If you want a fresh and crisp BdB this is a solid choice.

All American Chardonnay Tasting (New Jersey, USA): This is a really beautiful sparkling wine. Yeasty but balanced with bright acidity and layers of complexity including lemongrass, lime pith, pear and minerals. Long and complex. Gorgeous!

Drank during Cornbowl planning so couldn't give it a lot of focus. Quite dry with a nice mousse and flavors of toast, yeast, and lots of mineraity. Quick bite of acidity followed by tart lemon and apple on the finish. Seems likely to improve a bit. 91+ points.

Enticing aroma with notes of vanilla, tropical fruit, peach, meyer lemon and yeast. Tropical fruit flavor with a lemon and mineral finish. Extremely fine mousse. A lovely expression of Chardonnay. Decent balance between steely, tight, and minerally; and fat, rich and generous.
Slightly tart and alcoholic at first but opened up nicely with air. Fairly priced for this level of quality - it would be more expensive if it was Champagne.
