Reminiscent of a high-quality Albariño, this unoaked Dão has good fruit, medium body, a crisp mid-palate, and a characteristic, slightly sour acidity on the finish. While passable its own, it really shines with rich seafood dishes - in our case, Julia Child's Bouillabaisse recipe.

Rich nose of lemon, green herbs, stone fruit, somewhat like a fuller bodies steel Chardonnay. Salty and mineral driven flavors with a very nice round, wide texture. Moderate acidity. Good QPR

Compelling and surprising. Who would expect hot Portugal, known for its red wines, could produce a white of this character and subtlety, and with such great acids as well? Yummy. And such a good deal! A blend of 40% Encruzado, 40% Bical, 20% Cerceal Branco.

Citrus, mineral nose similar to an unoaked reductive Chablis with no malolactic fermentation. Medium weight. Good strong acids on the finish. Excellent QPR!
