Good descriptions here already; this is pleasant and tart leaning (but not super acidic) with some nice fruit leaning a little more plush than expected.

Classic Gruner Veltliner lemon/lime, pear, some green herb (maybe not mint, but could absolutely be lemon balm, bai maenglak aka Thai lemon basil, or tarragon) and wet stone on the nose with a little peppery dust (still trying to sensitize my nose to peppery aromas), although given the frigid nose that promises high-acid Alpine austerity, the texture is surprisingly round and juicy, and pretty freakin’ pleasant. The acidity is assertive but by no means aggressive, and the finish is pleasantly peppery. As the glass develops and warms up, a charming apple-juice character comes in, as well as a divisive cheesiness comes in on the nose, which is a bit of a no thank you for me. Otherwise this would be a solid 90-pointer.

Nice solid drinking wine. Good balance, medium minus acidity. Lemon drops, melons, a smidge of orange, and a definite herbal component.

This is quite delicious - & varietally correct, I might add! (Andrew's review below is much better)
Bracing acidity with fruity - even vaguely sweet - tropical melon & banana fruit…coupled with the signature white pepper spiciness on the back end.
It's medium weight, quite soft & ripe on the palate as well - just a bit low in acid, but with a touch of youthful CO2, so keep a chill on.
Short length, with trace bitterness.
