  A really lovely and complex wine.
  
  80% Gruner Veltliner, 20% Riesling
  
  Vintage 2018 85%
  Vintage 2017 10%
  Vintage 2016 5%
  
  Very aromatic with multiple layers - floral, herbal, a hint of spice. The kind that makes you want to keep sticking your nose in the glass.
  
  On the palate it is also very rich. Herbal, mineral (I'll borrow Falstaff's description of 'miso' as it seems to fit). Buttery, smooth, bright, creamy, complex, silky....So many descriptors. Really fantastic and elegant.
