Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Our Westside Blocks Pinot Noir is a blend of select blocks found on the Western side of the Van Duzer Estate. The Van Duzer winds whisk through these exposed hillsides, creating thick skins, intense tannin, and dark color on the wines. The nose is greeted by bright fruit with notes of black cherry, blueberry, and a hint of ripe peach present. Amongst the fruit on the palate there are savory and spicy tones woven through with a mouthfeel that is a delicate balance between fruit, oak, and a tannic backbone that rounds out this luscious wine
