  Nose: bruised apple skins, honey, perhaps a touch nutty/oxidative... some element of chamomile tea.
  
  Palate: puckering citrus but some nutty heft as well, hard finish veering toward citrus pith and sourness.
  
  Interesting. Nice heft from the oxidative notes. On day 2 the finish picked up a long and tingling minerality, which was even better.

  1 día de maceración a baja temperatura, el 80% del vino fermenta en barricas de roble y el resto en depósitos de acero. Crianza de 15 meses. De color dorado. Nariz intensa, algo de frutos secos, bastantes matices cítricos, destacando el pomelo rosa, hierbas de infusión y fruta blanca crujiente. En boca tiene buen ataque, y pese a que hay sensación de materia destaca por su fluidez y frescura, hay atractivos toques minerales y resulta notablemente largo. Una godello excelente, de trago largo pero no exenta de complejidad.
