  Fruit from village of Rozas de Puerto Real. Whole bunch. Old oak foudre. Lots of fruit here, but very serious wine. Intense acid structure, with plenty minerality and spice. Touch meaty, but more a suggestion than overt meaty flavours.

  Requires a lot of decanting at this stage. We decanted for a good 90 minutes but frankly we should have done 2hrs min and definitely the wine benefitted at this young age from time in a decanter .
  Definitely well made but also very young with bright , fresh , crunchy fruit. The wine itself is softly coloured, medium bodied and with a lightness to it that shows the purity of the wine making. But is also very young and fresh and really at this stage one sees but 10-15% of the wine. This needs another 5 years minimum if not more and then the experience we felt will be a mid 90s feel. We have a bottle of the Reventon and that we will drink post 2030. 90-91 for now so better one tucks this away.

  100% Ganarcha, Comes from 6 different plots in the Sierra de Gredos area. Aged slightly longer than the La Bruja. Pale red coloured. Nose of strawberries and sweet spices. Medium+ acidity, quite elegant with silky tannins. Moderate finish.
