  Bought this at The Holly, our natural wine bar in Fort Worth, TX. We were there for a Louis/Dressner takeover, where they were only serving their wines, but of course, my wife and I were the last ones there, sitting at the bar, and talking to the bartenders. This is not a Dressner wine. But they had a rep in a day before that brought this, and the bartender poured us each a small glass from the sample bottle. We thought it was great - so they sent us home with the rest of that bottle, plus one we bought, which I think was the only bottle they had. What is also cool, is that this wine did not exist in Cellartracker as far as I can tell, but the experts found it and added it to the database. A traditional method sparkler, 100% pinot noir, from wherever in France. Beautiful pale pink color, with loads of strawberry, maybe strawberries and cream, on the nose. On the palate, more strawberry, but not overly sweet - maybe a slight tart note on the back end. Certainly no lasting champagne bubbles, but a very enjoyable wine that we are drinking pretty quickly. 11.7% alcohol, so very easy to drink.
