  Fresh crack
  
  Nose/Floral - more sweet and salty
  Sweet - where this shines. Super creamy and less spice forward and cinnamon (it’s in the background) than other RR picks. Caramel. Butterscotch. So creamy it should be an OESV.
  Nutty - more pecan?
  Spicy - the spice is there. Mild cinnamon that carries through. It’s persistent but not prominent.
  Earthy - black pepper. Cinnamon. Anise.
  Smoky - no
  Woody - yeah cedar big time. But like the spice it’s there but just beautifully a supporting character
  Fruit - apple? Cherry? Orange
  Color - medium amber
  Palate - just so suave and elegant. All texture and cream. Then spice. Then oak
  Finish - and lingers absolutely forever
  Value - off the charts amazing
  Overall - what’s more to be said? It’s the opposite end of the spectrum of Turkey I tend to jump at (spice & cedar bomb), but in life you need the ying to your yang and this is it. Beautiful
