Slight greenish yellow. Mostly green apple and ripe pear. Secondary notes of honey and honeysuckle. But what got my attention about this wine is that it is, well…flabby. The crisp acidity of Chardonnay grown in Chablis is just not there. And this was disappointing.

By the glass at Caviar House & Prunier, LHR . Soft yet welcoming, lacks the minority and flinty lemon feel of a good Chablis and is more of a generic light oaked Chardonnay. Good for what it is. 87
