Deep, dark red-crimson, a really attractive wine.
Nose of cassis, blackberries and mulberry jam, with morocco leather, dark chocolate, vanilla and Christmas pudding spices.
Medium-to full-bodied; powerful tannins; very concentrated red fruit (strawberries?) with a hint of leather, soy and spice, elegantly framed by oak and vanilla. Medium/ long finish. Chunky 14.6% abv.
