Fairly deep red for a rose. Mostly currant flavors. Some tannin and a little bitter on the finish. Probably past its prime though, to be fair, this was probably not as cool as it should have been when consumed.

Mostly cherry notes. A bit bitter on the finish. Nice match for marinated pork chops but not quite as good as I remember from last year. Probably best to drink the last bottle soon.

The residual sugar makes this a spicy food match. We had the Thai Beef Salad and #22 flat noodle at Bangkok. Not sure I would rate it as high as Bob. The finish was drawn out with the red pepper in the noodles but just a little one dimensional other than that.
