A new batch for me: disgorged April 2022; still at 2.5g/l. Now branded Extra Brut on both the front and back labels.
This batch is pretty much in line with the Feb 2022 disgorgement as in my previous TN. It's crisper and more minerally than many rosés; lighter and perhaps more elegant on the palate. It doesn't force its roséness on you but leaves you savouring the red fruit and minerality in a very nice way.
When cool this works as an aperitif, but as it warms it works best with food and pairing well with tuna/salmon sashimi with a light wasabi dressing this evening.
It's towards the upper end of my daily drinking fizzes at ~US$42 but is certainly an occasional repeat buy.

An exceptional rose at this price point, over-delivers in every aspect. Full of red fruits and yeasty, moderate acidity and body, well balanced, very easy to pair with food, Drink now.

The wine looks rosy colored. The legs are fast. It smells like cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, mineral, honeysuckle, geranium, leesy and bready. The body is light. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.

Is a rosé for lovers of purist Champagne that dances a little outside the known "rosé-norm". vin base 2018 This refined cuvée is an exceptional rosé champagne of Chardonnay from Grand Cru sites and a small percentage of Pinot Noir. Exceptional because of its restrained and noble bouquet, in which animating fruit aromas of ripe wild strawberries and quince blend with subtly yeasty notes, fresh pastry and floral nuances. What is striking about Rosé Blanc is that the normally typical red fruit aromas remain in the background in Rosé Champagne. Instead, this rosé has a purist vein and possesses a great balance of fullness and elegance, completely in the style of the house. At the same time, the fine perlage, the wonderfully balanced dosage of only 3g and the fresh acidity provide a juicy, lively mouthfeel. Stays long on the palate due to the slightly tart, fresh finish. Pertois Moriste's Rosé Blanc is an excellent accompaniment to a summer carpaccio, sushi, any type of shellfish or a pizza.

Briefly, 92% chardonnay, 8% pinot noir, disgorged Feb 2022, dosage 2.5g/l (called "Extra Brut" on the front label and "Brut" on the back label).
This is a very pleasant well-balanced fizz, a little muted on the nose, but some complexity of slightly tart red fruit and minerality on the palate. Quite vinous, and continues to drink well even at room temperature. The finish is crisp, and still with mineral hints.
OK QPR at the ~US$40 that I paid.
