  Light-bodied, raspberry, strawberry, dried fruit, caramel, but where are the peppers? It’s a Loire Valley Cab Franc, for Christ’s sake! The whole thing is also just thin, lacking concentration, or identity. Skip it. Maybe this would qualify as an afternoon sipper, but I thought this was just lousy. I only finished the glass because the owner of the restaurant recommended it and was a legitimately nice dude.
