  Promising nose up front, but seemed a little flat on the palate on day one. Day 2 was no different really. Stewed plums, raspberry dried chiles, and earth on the nose. The palate is plenty of sour cherry, more earth, pepper, and maybe some oregano or other herb. Moderate acidity, mild+ tannins. The flavors are good, but it seems to lack structure/complexity? Well made, I think, but personally not worth the price.
