Community Tasting Notes (2) Median Score: 85 points

  • Second bottle. I did not feel as badly about this as I felt about the first battle. Upgrading to neutral but keeping the score of 85. It’s not a badly made wine. It’s just very one dimensional and not a particularly good PQR. Crabapple on the nose and strong white grapefruit on the palate with a short acidic finish of more grapefruit. Might be fine with the right pairing, but doesn’t particularly work for me. Glad that I only bought two bottles.

  • I did not care for this. Crabapple and a funk that reminded me of smelly socks. Could this just be closing down and needs some time in the bottle? Doesn’t seem likely. I suspect it’s just not a very successful effort.
