  Looking back at my previous note I would say that I was a little more impressed with the wine the first time which leads me to believe that this wine is probably going through a little bit of a dumb phase right now. It was pretty muted and two dimensional. I'm going to leave the score field empty because I do believe it's still a 92 point wine, It's just not drinking like that today.
  
  Let this one chill a little longer. I'll give it another shot in about a year, maybe a little longer.

  This note is for the 2021 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir from Tekstura.
  
  Tasted the inaugural vintage at the winery's tasting room.
  
  This is an overall rustic-feeling wine with wild notes of black raspberry, cranberry reduction, dried violets, geranium, and lilacs. Lots of flowers and fruit! The drink is supple and really delivers that quintessential Pinot Noir quality of "easy to drink". Finishes long and broad with great acidity, some mineral intrigue, and a savory aftertaste. Drink now through 2030 is my guess.
