  Over ripe strawberries, over ripe black cherries, over ripe raspberries (the fruits are all just shy of 'jammy'), olives, smoke, ash, vanilla and black licorice on the nose. Nicely complex with a medium + intensity of aromas. Much fruitier on the palate - absolutely driven by strawberry, raspberry and cramberry. The black licorice and vanilla stay on in the background. High intensity of flavors. A nice medium + length of finish even at this young age.
  
  Full bodied with medium + acid and medium tannin. Developing; but quite impressive at age 4 and actually pretty nice to drink right now. It will get better with 2-4 years in the bottle though. Try and resist the temptation to open one.
