One of the better PG ive had, this is variety i really struggle with, and this hits my sweetspot. Minerality, a pleasing green edge and good density are the highlights. It's not terribly complex, but a nice mouth-watering little white that is refreshing and not at all clying on the palate, yet not the acid water that some PG ends up being.
