Great summer sipper with an array of varietals, including Muscat, Gewurtztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc. Each one steps to center stage during the drinking experience. The Muscat has a subdued sweet element that leads into the lychee distinction of the Gewurtz and then finishes with a grassy and herbal note from the SB. Nice acidity throughout and entertaining and distinctive.

A blend of sauvignon blanc , muscat and gewurztraminer.
Color pale lemon
On the nose white flowers (jasmine which also inspires the name). Muscat is present, minerality, apricot. Maybe cut grass from the sauv blanc. Almost smells sweet but this is definitely a dry wine.
On the palette, refreshing citrus from the sauv blanc, minerality.
Alcohol is low/med 11%. I thought it was med+ though. Acidity med+
Drank at about 7c. Gets better at about 12c.
Over time, temperature came up to 18c, and I started to taste some earl grey notes w slight astringency 🫨

With Indian food. Worked well. Very young, aromatics to the fore. Rather more floral than Gewurz alone, the Muscat contributing. Sauvignon gives some 'bite'. Refreshing and uncomplicated.

Worked well with lighter milder Indian dishes. Freshness and spice with the note of sweetness marrying well with the food. Enjoyable as ever.
