  Fylligt, äppligt, citronigt med tropiska hintar. Friskt men med struktur. Mycket bra.

  Chardonnay Colloquium 2023 (South Hill): (Tasted Blind): An expressive nose filled with ripe tropical, stone fruits and baked apple with some leesy, oatmeal note and more pastry than toast.
  Lovely ripe entry, this is an intense fruity Chardonnay that exhibits clean lines enforced by its citric-edged acidity.
  The fruit veers to ripe orange, breakfast punch, a smear of honey, creamy nuances and ripe golden apple. Obvious and enticing, the wine has great concentration and is easy to drink. I loved the excellent balance between
  the riper-evident fruit and the cleansing salted lemon acidity. Broader but kept well with the acid grip. Oak works nicely and sits in the background. Good length, this felt quite Paul Cluver-esque. 12.8% Alcohol.
