Different barrel fermented style that I can sense on the nose and taste on the palate. I like the dimension that it adds along with the typical SB profile. It would need the right dish to pair, great on its own.

Nice balance of oak, fruit, and wet stone on the nose. The palate shows similar notes, with bright acidity. Another nice Bedrock wine that’s drinking well now.

Gentle yet focused aromatics of peach, grapefruit and jasmine burst forth from the glass. With more swirling, lemon and mint emerge. You can feel the minerality and bright acidity waiting for you on the palate.
The palate brings the textural richness of honeydew melon in balance with the oily bitterness of expressed grapefruit peels. Savory white pepper spices up the stream of crushed rock minerality running through this wine. A hint of salinity and jasmine petals accent the bright lemon zest finish.
This blew my expectations out of the water. The clarity of fruit, impact of acidity and completeness of the wine really shocked me at this price point.
Takes a day after opening to fully show well at the current point in time, so give it some patience. Found best served at ~55F.

On the nose- Big tropical fruits, fresh grapefruit, fresh lemon, fresh white peach, gooseberry, honeydew melon, white flowers, salinity
On the palate- Big tropical fruit notes and fresh grapefruit, fresh lemon and white peach, gooseberry and honeydew melon, white flowers and fresh bright salinity and a great zip of acid on the finish. This wine is drinking KILLER being super young. The finish is big round and really fleshy with a nice hint of oak on the background. I think that this wine will age another 5-7 years if not longer with no problem at all.

Great acidity and zingy lime and grapefruit notes. Lingering finish. Went great with lemon risotto and baked shrimp.
