Prince - Cabernets of the world (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Creamy polished oak, sweet spice, slight milk chocolate over blackcurrant, slight mint and a little jubey red berry. And that jubey note translate to the palate, creamy with persistent and quite coarse flour textured tannins and non-intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish which is joined by some toasted biscuit notes. The whole feels a little clumsy.
