  • As per my previous two bottles, this is excellent and proves that well stored white Burgundy can keep for two or three decades. The only risk is the dreaded premox, but so far so good with this half case. That said, I will look to finish my remaining bottles over the next 12 months.

  • My second of half a dozen purchased directly from a French merchant, and once again it was superb. It emphasises that well kept white Burgundy can be successfully aged. This was excellent. The taste profile is per last note.

  • This has really stood the test of time and is still drinking at its peak. It is packed full of lemon and honeyed buttered notes on the nose and palate with tell tale Criots gravel flavours underpinning the palate and finish. The latter is well balanced with residual flavours of grapefruit lingering. Bought as an original half wooden case from a French merchant, this is so good and such great value in the present white Burgundy market. 95+
