  Wow - another great Blanc de Blanc Champagne from the producer Doyard Mahé. To me this champagne is spot on! Compared to their slightly cheaper "Empreinte Champagne" this effort still shares the same pretty notes of lime, zingy notes of apple, yeast and toasted bread. But this wine also has an utterly descrete note of something mineral and floral - like slightly salted water perfumed with white flowers. A bone-dry expression with fine bubbles that dances on your tongue and makes it tickle.
