  • My brother blinded me on this. I was in the new world with this, due to the full, ripe fruit, and trace of oak support. Enough acidity and good length on the finish to be thinking pretty high quality. Wrong. In any case, I found this to be a really nice Chardonnay made in a style that is hard not to like.

  • I very well made “classic” Chablis. Wet stone, peach, modest salinity and bright but not overdone acidity.

  • This medium golden Chardonnay was uncorked and served at cellar temperature, being serially tasted over 2-3 hours. Aromatically attractive, it flaunts scents of citrus, green apples, jasmine, cardamom and wet stones. Medium-bodied, crisply acidic, lightly oaked and without any heat from its 13% alcohol, it delivers flavors mirroring the nose, with classically flinty fruit. Solid in the middle and concluding with a vibrant, lengthy finish, this is a delicious Chablis that will get even better with a bit of cellar time. If you choose to pop the cork now, give it an hour of air so that it can fully strut its stuff. Drink 2025-2032.
