Maroon color. Cherries, raspberries, and a bit of licorice on the nose. Medium body with solid, slightly drying tannins and good acidity. Modest cherry/raspberry on the palate with a bit of oak and a hint of a green leafy element. A bit short with the oak and green elements taking over at the end. Not very enjoyable.

($18) Includes some Mourvedre, Petite Sirah, and Viognier. Initially this was closed and a very different wine than I remember from the winery. With some time on the counter it began to show some more fruit. Strangely, the Mourvedre component seemed dominant, with fur, minerals, wax, and a hint of stone fruit being the main flavors. Off bottle?

Probably past it's prime but still had a nice nose with current and cherries with some nice succulent cherry front. Not much of a Dinah.

Lighter style syrah - more red fruit than black. A bit drying but overall a decent wine.

Dark berry fruit, spice and a hint of earth. Integrated tannins and good overall balance. Nice value for the money.
