  • precise, fresh and elegant bouquet with a mix of red and dark fruits and some distinctive plum, little hints of tertiary aromas, over all exactly the style that i like. rather complex even though it's light footed.

tannins medium, acidity high, very long finish. medium body, almost no wood.

thats how i like the burgundians, we all enjoyed the bottle very much at the restaurant la rotisserie du chambertin. the sommelier told us that trapet is bottling the "les corbeaux" only for the restaurant.
