  Well, a happy chappy am I, as this is under screw cap!
  
  This is a really fine Riesling year after year and always great value. This is a more classical Riesling year compared to recent warmer ones and it shows in a wine with a little more restraint (but it is not austere) and a little more zingy acid. Fruit remains exuberant and sensual - tropical fruit, lemon sorbet. Hedonism, be my friend. This gets better and better over a few days open, so try hard to not guzzle it all soon after opening.
