Same owners as Huet in Vouvray. Converted to biodynamic in 2000s. One of the first dry Tokaji ever released around 2006. Medium plus nose shows dry nuts or almond, dried apricot, white flowers, wet rock, light marzapan. Palate is light, dried honey, mineral tones, similar notes to nose but everything is light and subtle. Very dry finish, lovely acid. Versatile pairing wine.

3 days later from my counter, not cellar, slow-oxed in bottle to this moment:
Gorgeous nose of earthy guava, with cooling citrus.
Palate is amazingly delish, tart tropical flavors, ripe lemon, hints of spices.
That this held up like this in 70 degree open area speaks volumes to the quality of this. Has lots of cellar life including joy for the moment.

FINALLY, not corked!
Love this.
Was craving this.
I don't like white, but I love this.
It's a perfect wine.
Nose of stones, steely fruit, gorgeous heavenly lushness of soma style tart and dry. (I'll add more tomorrow.)
Palate of perfection of golden tart of gooseberry, hints of guava, apricot, minute amounts of peach, minerals, length. It's perfection.
God good!

CORKED!
Again?!
Two bottles in a row!?
What are the odds?
8 bottles left of my case! 2 for 2 at this point.
