This review is specifically being written for the only other community member with a 2000 Cascade Cliffs Nebiolo in their cellar (whoever you are). We just drank this wine with a cheese plate. I suggest drinking it sooner rather than later, but it will probably last one or two more years. It is still bright and vibrant. While a little past prime, it still shows good fruit. It drank well immediately from the bottle with no decanting. There was no hint of the 14+ alcohol. Good dark fruit that paired well with a creamy cheese like French Abbaye Ste Mere Cheese.
