Vanilla from oak chips and green fruit from young vines. Generic cherry cough syrup flavor and texture. Exactly what you'd expect for bulk fruit cabernet at this price.
Fine to drink as an alcoholic cherry flavored drink substitute and honestly not the worst boxed I've had. Does do much better as a base for cooking, but I prefer the KS malbec over this for that purpose.

Color is a unnatural ruby with a purple hue. It's a dry wine, the acidity is low, tannins are low but what is there is clunky, salinity low, alcohol is medium, body is medium plus, finish is medium with the primary taste as aromatic nail polish remover.
On the nose - cotton candy, cherry, and blackberries a soft vanilla as well. On the palate - ripe cherries, boysenberries, vanilla and oak.
Subjective thoughts: Unremarkable in almost every vertical. Nothing offensive, but nothing remarkable either. Extremely budget friendly and definitely drinkable but you're not drinking this to enjoy the wine, it's essential a grape Coors.

I would say it is a serviceable Cabernet Sauvignon. It is not terribly good, but it is perfectly fine for a night at home with a simple meal. You would not serve it to impress anybody, but it is very drinkable. Nothing bad going on here, just not much in the way of complexity or stand out flavors.?
