Pretty bubble and aromatic charmeuse on white pear and cider. In the mouth it is slender, sapid and just at the same time. The finish is a little austere for my taste but the whole remains convincing!

Steady, fine mousse, sunflower yellow; bottle age evident, grilled nuts, then freshens; a touch oxidative on palate, broadens out; brisk feel to long finish. (2020 bottling)

A quite unique glass of wine. Brüt Nature (if you can use that term outside of Champagne?). The color is pale with green nuances. The nose has a focused and very intense aromas - yet it all appears crystal clear - wow! Citrus, flowers and savory hints of pickled ginger. The taste is very intense and persistent with great minerality, succulent acidity and a lovely tart and bitter “bump” at the finish

The extra two years in bottle has done it some good, it's filling out. Bit of a crowd pleaser on the night and good value.
