  Clear pale salmon; clean medium nose of strawberries and citrus; dry; high acidity; medium alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of biscuit and gummy bear; medium plus finish; drink now; fun, easy sparkler to start the night; crisp with a hint of RS that makes it very good friendly; great way to commemorate Elif’s 50th birthday :)
