  A delightful , well balanced rose with a deeper red than ‘normal ‘ roses. Served chilled, but not cold amd was rewarded with strawberry jam (but not sweet) and full mouth feel. Acidity was spot on. Drank on its own, but would stand up to fuller flavoured fish or chicken dishes, would be great with Thai.
