a deep and flavorful merlot, has always been one of my favorites, but to be expected is a fruit-forward wine, dark fruit, cinnamon and spice, heavier than the usual merlot, Chilean character, great by itself and excellent with assortments of cheese, the value has been great and is still good, but the price seems to be increasing every vintage, this one is young and will be drinking well all year plus some

Poured at a retailer tasting. Garnet red color with notes of loamy red fruit with chocolate and herbal undertones. Flavors of plum and red currant with an earthy, loamy edge.

85% merlot; 15% cabernet sauvignon.
Very attractive, minerally nose with very soft red fruit. Fairly easy palate. Lacks integration on the finish.
