  Purchased at Costco for about $50. For that money and the winery I expected something a bit different. Well balanced with minimal complexity and a short finish. After opening and pouring two glasses I put it on gas (private preserve) thinking the next day it might improve. Not the case if it were a $20 bottle of wine I may suggest it for a party wine. I have older vintages 2358/6000 which are review quite high.

  Didn't take notes or anything, it was fine with dinner but didn't particularly stand out. Blue/black fruit on the nose and palate, a subtle savory note on the medium finish along with some lingering fruit. Tannins were very soft, not much acidity.
