  This has lost a little of the freshness and zip it had a year ago, and in fact seemed hollow and flat upon opening. After an hour or so, it really started to put on a little weight and roundness fuelled by the pears, melon, and lightly smoky petrol notes. Not a big bruiser of a wine, it was lovely with our sashimi, supporting without overpowering.
