Balanced, straight forward method champenoise blend that seriously rivals some entry level french houses NV. Vibrant, fresh good acidity very dry with 6.4 g/l dosage. Fantastic value.

Dry, tight palate, with small vigorous bubbles. Not a lot of yeast, tart grapefruit flavours, medium/high acidity, slightly short, bone-dry finish. Not great value, especially when you know how much better their pricier wines are.

Chardonnay nd lees driven it is autolytic but in the best way, it was served blind in 3 flights for exam preparation...
Pale Gold
Nose of Yeats, brioche, toast, autolytic, complex and buttery, layers of ripe fruits, apple, and honey, ... many secondary... and hints of tertiary. Really great nose
palate is dry/off dry, but dosage does not stick too much in the end ! it delivers loads of complexity and a med+ acidity, it is complex, layered, right on point. Balanced and med length. Only length could be more to be outstanding, yet it is very good in its current state.
Very complex and layered wine, value is fine to ole, as it sells for 30 € and nowadays I hardly find that good a Champagne at that price.

Found this in Singapore after visiting the winery in Dec. The entry level sparkling made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. No information on the back label. Lemon in color, aroma of lime, lemon, asparagus. Med body on the palate. Great value and ringer for champagne
