  Pale/medium ruby color. Aromas of thyme & oregano, roasted jalapeño, black pepper, wild blueberry, sweet tobacco, blackberry brambles. Flavor is similar, but a touch more fruit forward up front, lots of blackberry and black currant. Savory notes come through toward the back end - new leather, dried herbs. Med light body, med plus acid, med plus tannins. Great flavor, very interesting to drink and dissect. Lovely acid makes it very food friendly.
