I liked this a lot. Bright cherries is the dominant flavor. It's light, but not thin (if that makes sense). The only people who won't like this are ones who are looking for more body. For an eight year old wine, this is holding up very well, and I would expect it to be very drinkable for a number of years.

I am hereby violating my self-imposed ban on ratings in order to lift the score for this wine. It is a nice wine that deserves a better score than 83. Light in color but vibrant; great cherry flavor with a strong finish that held up well with scallop appetizer and a bacon-wrapped filet. Probably $15-20 retail -- a good QPR
