  • Took over 90 minutes to open up. Color is brick red probably caused by aging. Very Cote Rhone feel with some spice and tobacco leafs. Medium finishing. Not a bad wine but poor qpr .

  • Black fruit, some depth. Still youthful and potential to age for a few years. Pleasant. Not really special though.

  • This is a blend of Trincadeira, Aragonez e Castelao. The colour shows already some age with the ruby being "invaded" by some brown shadows. The nose is a mescla of leather, spices, dried herbs and in the end the red fruits. The mouth is both elegant and austere with some tasty dry tannins present. The fruit again is not the main actor leaving the role for the spices, leather and pepper. Medium after-taste. An "old-style" Alentejo already awaken but still capable of a winter or two...
