  • Blend: 70% Viura, 30% Malvasía
    from Finca Paceta on the banks of the Ebro with deep, fresh
    alluvial soils and lots of pebbles.
    De-stemmed. Light (6-hr) maceration on skin. Then pressed.
    Free running must is fermented in new oak barrels
    (50/50 American and French) at 15-18 °C.
    Matured 4 months on lees, with gentle stirrings.
    12.5% Abv.

    founded in Haro in 1901.

    A(ccuracy)=2: Silvery lemon/lime. Spicy aromatics.
    B(alance)=2: Fresh fruit with adequate structure.
    C(omplexity)=2: Citrus, white fruits, camomile, saline minerality.
    D(epth)=1: Lifted mouthfeel. Average length and finish.

    Appetizing and decent value.
    Higher tone than the two previous vintages.

  • Pre-Xmas Indulgence; 12/1/2023-12/22/2023 (Madrid y Alicante - España): Alicante business lounge. Aromatically simple with citrus notes and white flowers. Without too much
    precision by the way. In the mouth at the moment is excessively acid, indigestible.

    precisión. En boca en estos momentos se nota excesivamente ácido, indigesto.
