  Playful and expressive on the nose with scents of lemon, apple, almond, croissant, white flowers, lime leaf and river stone.
  The bubble structure is tight and compact. Acidity is crisp. Crunchy green apple, carambola and lemon notes meet flavors of almond, croissant, and hints of marmalade and minerals. The finish lingers moderately.
