Alcohol: 13.1% Cork Type: Colmated Nose/Bouquet: Eucalyptus and mint with hints of Suede Leather and black cherry Flavor/Palate:Meaty slightly sour Plum and Black Cherry. Finish: soft and lingering tannins with hints of Strawberry and chocolate Color: Translucent Ruby Red (Bordeaux Style) Chill Factor: 60 F Decanter/Breathing time: 30 minutes Potential: Ready to drink but Could Cellar until 2010 Food: Good by itself or with Lamb and Cheese. We drank it with Pizza. Went well with that too. Overall Opinion: A Blend of Petite Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. A very good wine, but a little pricy.
