  • No questions that this is a great wine in the making, although I will be clear that this is too young to be consumed right now.

    There remains a good deal of integration to happen in bottle, the CO2 needs to settled down a little bit and the tannins are surprisingly too grippy.

    When given some air, the fruit (juicy raspberry, mostly) was pure and the texture was very pleasant. Reserved mid-palate with a very long and grippy finish. Roses, spices and a touch of herbs completed the aromatic profile.

    I would give it at least 3, and probably even more close to 5 years before opening another one.
