tried this new bottle for kicks, it appears to have all the characteristics of a great chard, tho at this point a little over-powering... depth, acidity, lemons galore, a hint of spice / other complex flavor... if we're smart we'll let this one sit for 7-10 years or so... thanks goodness that "premox" is (mostly at least) over... NR cuz so young but 93-94 pt potential with age
