Heater week; 3/8/2024-3/17/2024 (Chicago, IL): Could this be the best Chétillons made in 2015? Probably. And at a fraction of the price of the more famous one, so I'm told, and you get more richness and depth on the palate. It's a hair more oxidative and broader, but that augments the wine. Needs some air to become really expressive, but when it does, this develops a bit of creaminess and richness that both Peters and Moncuit don't.

A great chetillons. More like vilmart than peters or moncuit in style, but drinking extremely well young. rich yet vibrant acid
