Transitioned in 2008 to biodynamic but haven't gone to get the certification. Light Champagne press, light skin contact, intentionally made Rose, low yields, going for a crisp and fresh style. Has kinda a bit of a wood note on the nose for some reason, but on the palate crisp and brisk to it.

Has this real strong flavor to it that I should be able to identify. Very particular as it goes. Whoops, this is actually the Pinot Gris and its in the Columbia Gorge and its fairly high elevation to it. They are looking for a little bit more mid palate weight to it. Sourced from a premium site. On the Washington side of the Gorge.
